Apple Watch series 1 average heart rate stopped working

hi, I switched my apple watch series 1 to my iPhone 6. Since then I cannot get average heart rate to show. I’ve tried the suggestion below low however the high and low heart rate options does not show on the watch app. Can you please help

7 days ago · On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Heart Rate. Tap High Heart Rate, then choose a BPM. Tap Low Heart Rate, then choose a BPM.
