I had installed the iOS12 the day it had been rolled out but as you see from the below image, screen time reports are not reported here and keep saying that "as you use your iPhone, screen time will be reported here", you can see from the below image.
please find a solution for me so that it makes some sense to install iOs12.

I’m having the same issue. I’m the organiser and whilst I can see my 3 child accounts I can’t view their usage or apply any limitations etc.
Whatever I put on my phone is not replicated on any of my children’s IOS 12 device. However, my wife as a parent (not organiser) can view and control all limits.
I’ve tried everything (signing out, hard restart, toggling various settings on/off) with no joy.
A fix would be great (or workaround in the meantime).
I’m convinced it’s only organisers who have this problem.
Same here. Can not control or see anything with my phone as organizer. Other parent device can see and control all the children’s devices just fine. Almost as if I need to set my organizer account as a parent, which it is supposed to already be.
I am having the same issue. I installed iOS12 on my phone and my two children's phones. I have set limits and can change on the fly from my device. However, after the first week, one of my kid's activity is no longer available to be viewed on my phone. I can still see the other child's. Please help.
I am having the same issue. I have already turned it off and turned it back on, taken the time to reset all of the parental controls, only to have exactly the same thing happen after a period of time again. Neither the organizer nor the parent can see the screen time report. We are both still able to make changes to the restrictions and the restrictions remain in place, but we would very much like the report without having to go through redoing it every time it glitches as the parental controls are clunky and time consuming to set up.
I also have a similar issue. Reports do not show for my kids under my family account, but I can make the remote settings from my iPad and iPhone
Same issue here. Parent device is iPhone 7, child device is iPhone Xs, both are running 12.0.1. I have never been able to see the usage reports for my child on the parent phone.
replying to my own message...i fixed my issue
I turned off Screen Time for my kids and then turned it back on, and voila!--usage is visible.
I deleted ScreenTime from my child's device and then turned it back on and it began working
I'll try that this weekend and see if it makes a difference.
That seemed to solve my issue as the child device is now reporting to the parent device. Hopefully, it stays that way. Thank you for the suggestion.
