Make booklets with CocoaBooklet app.
Do you know you can make booklets with this small application named COCOABOOKLET

You have to magnify the fonts (16 or 18 ) of the text in Pages and go to File>Print>PDF (in the low left corner) >Create a booklet > Name and Save.
After this, open you new booklet file with Preview and print it paying attention to the odd and even print options.
