I Want To Recover Delete Telegram Messages, Is it Possible?

Hello,

I have recently asked this another unofficial support page since Telegram hasn't got any. They have told me it is impossible to recover those messages back. You guys any idea about how to take those messages back? Telegram is saving those messages in its own cloud and it is not possible to take them back?
