Time delay on Health APP on iOS 12

Since installation of iOS 12 on my iPhone I noticed that there a time delay of anywhere between 20 minutes to 300 minutes to get an activity report. This throws off the exercise regimen and updates. On the earlier operating system most delay was 10 minutes.

Has anyone experienced similar delays? What is the fix? Please share. Thank you!

Fascinating. This means that iOS12 for iPhones does not work to its fullest potential. It is also interesting that during a conversation with Apple support the only solution they suggest is a hard reset. When prodded Apple support at different levels they are not sure if the issue will be resolved. Either they are not aware of the issue or they do not want to acknowledge.

Thanks for the help.

I got to high levels and the problem is supposedly passed on to engineering.

They have no clue. Since the app is part of iOS 12, they should know buy I guess not. If sufficient noise is made may be they will hear. Genius bar at the Apple store have no clue.

I guess eventually they will resolve.

Same here. Case File Report filed and told it has been escalated.

Have just finished a CLEAN INSTALL of iOS 12.0 and added the iOS 12.0.1 of yesterday. Will be testing Health App once again. The whole look and feel of the Clean iOS 12 is different from the upgrade. Hopefully, the Health App work better. Will update after testing for a few days
