I-clouds password recover

hi there, I want to recover my Iclouds passcode that has limited my access to my iPhone, I restore my phone now it's asking for the iclouds password, I remember my apple id but not working. Can anyone guide me how to recover icluods password. I tried to call but I am unable to receive any support. I contact via your twitter support team they responded well and suggested to speak support center via call. I am living in Pakistan its hard get call support from your representative via the call from here, please guide in this regards
