I have the 3rd Generation, I have updated software. In music my iTunes playlist are empty. Can I access without have Match or Apple Music?

Apple TV (3rd generation) is known to support iTunes Match, but not Apple Music.
To play music content (without iTunes Match subscription) from an iTunes Library on a networked computer, you can use Home Sharing. Activate Home Sharing on the iTunes computer (File﹥Home Sharing﹥Turn On) and on the Apple TV (Settings﹥Computers) and connect to a Library using the Computers app on Apple TV.
