hi ive been trying to order a new iphone xs max since last week (ive tried pre order) but every time i attempt to order it always says “sorry i am not qualified for financing” how can i fix this problem, should i go to the apple store and just order it from there ?

If you are already part of the Upgrade program, and wish is to update an existing iPhone under the program then when ordering the iPhone online you need to select the iPhone Upgrade Program payment option, and then select the "I am already part of the program" button.
It will then make you verify you are eligible for the upgrade.
To be eligible, you need to have completed the equivalent of 12 months of payments, and have been part of the program for at least 6 months.
