Renaming IPHONE Folders

Okey, I have no problems at all renaming folders,

So let me conform steps

When you open the folder, you have to hold down on the title of the folder or hold down on one of the app icons until they wiggle. You don't just tap it. Tap and hold down on it.

if you have not already, it's always a good idea to restart your phone as described in the article below:

finally if it does not work you can try to reset home screen layout:-

1. Open Settings and tap on General
2. Swipe down and tap on Reset
3. Tap Reset Home Screen Layout and confirm by tapping Reset Home Screen

please note:

Reset home screen layout will re-arrange all your apps on your home screens - so if you've created app folders and have your apps arranged on different screens, then you will lose that layout if you reset it, No lost in your data.
