After upgrade to MacOS Mojave, I cannot login or connect to App Store.

I am using the latest MacBook Pro 2018 version. After upgrade to MacOS Mojave, I cannot sign out, login App Store or View my account. It always show "Cannot Connect to App Store". I also upgrade my iMac to MacOS Mojave, my iMac does not have this issue.

How can I fix this issue on my 2018 MacBook Pro?

Thank you

I've tried all of the proposed solutions in this thread to no avail. Out of desperation I re-read the Apple advice at If you can't connect to the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store - Apple Support. When I got to the part about checking any third party firewalls and network filters I realized I had little snitch running. When I turned little snitch network filtering off, lo and behold, the app store came right up.

I found under unapproved rules a rule to deny outbound connection to the app store because the code signature was invalid. I also noticed that unlike the example in the apple support document, my /var/db/crls directory only contained one file names crlcache2.db. So I may either have the wrong certificate file or I am missing the correct one. But clearly the issues has something to do with an include code signature on my machine.

Hope this helps someone who knows more than I do formulate a solution.

I have the exact same problem. I submitted a bug report to http://bugreport.apple.com a few days ago, but there's been no activity on it.

I tried the certificate trust procedure and deleted the files inside /var/db/crls. I'm not running Snitch and I even tried turning off my firewall to no avail.

It's been this way for over a month now as I'm a developer and I've been using the Mojave betas for a while now.

Would love to get this problem solved.

I have the same problem. The thing is, I did not even want to install the new operating system yet, but my iPhone 7 crashed yesterday and after speaking to tech support throughout the day, I was told to update iTunes and my MacBook operating system after my iPhone wouldn't connect. Now the phone is working which had nothing to do with my MacBook but another non-related problem has developed.

I am so peeved!!!!!

After upgrade to MacOS Mojave, I cannot login or connect to App Store.
