forgot apple ID

My daughter lost her phone and she forgot her apple ID and we can't do the "forgot apple id" option because it asks for the email and the email is the apple ID. Do you see the problem here?

Has she looked on any other iOS device or computer's iTunes that she's logged into ? Has she got store purchases on her computer's iTunes that she can look up her id from ? Has she tried all of her ids ?
