yesterday I brought new i phone xs max from dubai mall branch

its black color

i want to change it to golden color

its still in origanal packing

not open yet

is it possible?

Go back to the shop and ask. Normally you have 14 days to bring it back.

as long as it isn't opened and you have the receipt, you shouldn't have a problem

I got device 3 days back from Etisalat. Can I return to Apple store to change color. Please update.

You have to do it through Etisalat.
