I upgraded to Mojave two macbook pro, one 2015 and one 2018. With both I have the same issues to connect to a Enterprise Wifi WPA2 network. I got authentication failed on both. Worked fine before and by the way it is still working from my iphone.

This does not fix the issue.
It may be that Mojave has changed the profile from the WPA2 perspective. If this network is your company's corporate network. Ask the IT department to delete the machine profiles from the directory services for them. Then you should be able login and thus create new profiles.
