Hello, i have the MacBook Pro 13-inch 2017 and from yesterday i try to download the Mojave os. I don't have any updates from the app store but i downloaded from the featured tab. When the download finish the installation doesn't start and i don't know where to find the file that downloaded.

Look in your Applications folder for "Install Mac OS Mojave". If it is there just double-click to begin the install process.
Go back to the App Store and in the Mojave banner you should see a button that says Open. If you click on that, it should open the Mojave installer.
Do you have more than 11 GB of free space on your hard disk? Mojave needs a lot of free space to download and install.
the banner says download. That would be the fourth time to download it.
there is no such file although i downloaded it many times
