Apple Watch Calls

My series 3 Apple Watch has a small problem. I hang up on my phone and the watch is still in the call. Can some help me?

Series 6 Apple Watch I have had my watch for 3 weeks, I could make calls from it initially but now I cannot. It is not in airplane mode, it is up to date, it is fully charged, connected to wi-fi, It always says "call failed". I tried to reset from the app and the app says it cannot connect to my watch.
