why isn't search working within within settings?

ios 12 iphone xs search not working within /settings/

anyone know why i can not longer search for terms within /settings/ like 'battery' or 'backup'?guy

Search not working across my iPhone (iOS13.3) I’m having major issues with the search on my device. It’s super weird as it’s happening across different search functions on my device. I’ve been experiencing this issue for a month or 2 now. The 3 examples of when I’ve been experienced this: My spotlight search doesn’t work most of the time. When I search nothing happens. My notes search NEVER works. I search and just get empty results. (Really annoying as I have 2000 or so notes) My search in settings also NEVER works. I experienced this on my iPhone X and then my iPhone 11 Pro Max that I restored from the same backup

Search not working on iPhone X - iOS 12.2 All forms of general search (swipe right from home screen, or swipe down from middle of screen) come back with nothing. I've used this function for so long. I really don't want to have to wipe my phone and start over again. Help!!

Ciao potrebbe essere un bug dell' aggiornamento aggiorna all'ultima verione oppure ripristina le impostazioni.

Same here, but also noticed that I am unable to move apps on the home screen. Both issues have only been happening today.
