That is a known problem. You can give it to apple and show them the problem, and they will replace the phone for free.

It doesn’t matter if you have apple care or not, they will replace it.

I hope I have helped you.

This issue will only happen to iPhone 7 with specific models, which is an issue with the inability to connect to cellular service. If you restore the phone, and then restart it. It would not able to recognize the sim card, therefore you cannot activate it EVER again (until the problem is fixed). I sent my phone in to fix it and they DID not fix the problem which turn me into this "GREAT" situation. Now thinking about getting an android phone. DISAPPOINTED.

Total BS. My iphone 7 had the "No service" issue and after getting the run around for 3 weeks I was finally told that theres nothing Apple can do. After getting another phone and "resetting" my Iphone 7 I get the "Unable to activate". again after getting the run around for weeks NOBODY from apple can help.

Its an APPLE issue. If your iphone 7 has the unable to activate issue, along with the no service issue.... You have a very expensive paper weight.
