Unable to Activate iPhone 7

I get this error after restoring my iPhone and updating to iOS 12. Anyone know of a fix?

That is a known problem. You can give it to apple and show them the problem, and they will replace the phone for free.

It doesn’t matter if you have apple care or not, they will replace it.

This issue will only happen to iPhone 7 with specific models, which is an issue with the inability to connect to cellular service. If you restore the phone, and then restart it. It would not able to recognize the sim card, therefore you cannot activate it EVER again (until the problem is fixed). I sent my phone in to fix it and they DID not fix the problem which turn me into this "GREAT" situation. Now thinking about getting an android phone. DISAPPOINTED.
