Notification from Payette Forward

Have had a couple random notifications from "Payette Forward" show up on the Mac. This name isn't in Notification Center preferences, not do I think they are affiliated with any of the other apps that would generate notifications. Searching the system (including Launch agents, daemons etc) doesn't produce anything.

Has anyone else had this happen? Suggestions?
