why does login keychain keep asking for password

My MAC keeps asking Imagent want to use the login keychain Please enter the keychain password. Then I hit cancel and it says accounts wants to use the login keychain Please enter the keychain password then I hit cancel again and it says identityservicesd wants to use the login keychain, etc. I have never seen this before.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)
