Apple's has stated that Mojave will support 32-bit applications. Mojave is supposed to pop a dialog once per 32-bit application to remind you of this fact, and there may also be some performance penalty. When macOS 10.next arrives in Fall 2019, then 32-bit applications will not be supported.
Yes it does support some 32-bit application but it seems Mojave will be the last MacOS to support 32-bit application.
Some still work but if you’re asking about Office 2011 and/or Adobe CS6 those will very soon no longer work if they don’t already.
Some 32bit apps for sure.
