How do you delete Evening Digest and add RSS feeds in the News app? App does not seem to be flexible in the content you can add or delete. I don't know how somebody can pick news content for me that knows nothing about me.

You can't, it's built in. News is not an RSS Reader. Check out the Help for details on how you can personalise the news you see. Or, as is always possible, if the app doesn't meet your needs, use a different one. It's not compulsory.
