iMessage not working

ive reset iMessage, turned off device, tried everything but messages still don’t send as iMessage even though it’s on. What do I do now

Hi.

Is this occurring on your iPhone and if so are you seeing any kind of errors such as an activation error or a red explanation point next to your text? Also are you sending messages to other iPhone users? If not, you need to make sure you have SMS messaging turned on. You can do this by going to Settings —> Messages —> Send as SMS.

If you get an activation error, follow the instructions as per the Apple Support Documentation.
