Lost Phone Number

I have a problem with my iphone or apple account, I restarted my system and asked me to login. I typed my account and my iphone is just restarting. Then I went to the computer and went to the site to see what the problem was and then i saw account is locked. I clicked on the "forgotten password", typed my email and then they asked me for my phone number, and the problem is I can not remember the phone number, can I somehow return it using email as I have access to it, or to answer security questions. Thanks
