I'm just update my MacBook Pro 13 2015 to macOS Mojave. Got the issue with my BT speakers. Now they sounds very wired ,it feels like some delay effect on there or SRS sounding is on, and the bass is missing all the way. Same speakers connected to my iPhone sounds still great. I'm always do a clean install of Mojave and no result.
Do somebody know how to fix this issue?

I had this issue as well with my BT headphones. I fixed it by opening the Sound preferences, and selecting the Internal Microphone on the Input tab. Yes, that's correct, the Input tab. Strange, because they are headphones and don't have a microphone.

Not at all. And also i have a clean setup. The sound have same echo delay effect from each and every source, even system sounds. With IOS the same speakers works without echo.
Back in the days have the simillar issue with the PC, when the mic was enabled in system preferences.
Also noticed that right speaker right after reboot starts squeaking till the BT speakers reconnect again. And after longer listen sound starts stuttering. So it might be some bug in the BT sound driver on MacOS Mojave. I thinking now about downgrading to High Sierra back.
Try resetting the SMC.

Thanks for reply. I have already tried to reset all kinda things on my Mac, but still have the same wired 3D sound from my stereo speakers.
To be honest I have no idea what "wired 3D" sound is or might sound like. Do you have any sound enhancement apps installed?
Okay. I know what an echo delay effect sounds like. Unfortunately I have no Bluetooth speakers to test. Perhaps someone else will.
I have only option of internal microphone on input tab, same on Audio - MIDI setup. So still sound have echo
