Check your local consumer law, and also the law relating to online or phone purchases. (Here in UK we have "distance selling" regulations which provide a statutory return period). It is likely your real rights are against the seller (Voda) rather than manufacturer (Apple). If the product is not as described it could be a simple breach of contract, or you might have a statutory right to reject it. You need local advice on your local laws, but also expect to need a new cellular provider if you end up in the courts to enforce your rights.

You have 14 days to return it for a full refund if you are not happy.

did you compare the Series 4 with Series 3? or Series 2? I bought the Series 3 with the Gold of that gen, and it turns out to be more pink. My Series 2 is also Gold, and that well is Champaign Gold. Apple had Rose Gold for Series 2.

But after about a year, the Series 3 Blush Gold gradually faded, and the pink is no longer that prominent or that i can see.

This year i went with the Series 4 Space Grey, back to my first Series 0 Apple Watch colour.

Yes every gold colour is different each year same as for the iPhone.

Normally I'll have a hands-on and take a look at the Apple Store before I order it anywhere.
