If i sell my my iphone?

Hi, got question, i just got and iphone, two months ago, if i sell it, the 1 year limited warranty will still be on the iphone or void?

if i sell it, can the other person go to the store and ask them to fix the iphone in case is something wrong within the 1 year warranty??
