I need to change my username for security reasons. Not sure why apple didn't allow me to make one up

I was surfing the site to find out why I can't hear my caller on the phone, however I was looking for support when I came across this apple community and I kept clicking to get to the solution and it looks like it made a username for me which is a security issue because it has my location listed and this is a major issue for me, did i say Major. Where I will delete my entire profile with apple to change this. I am new to apple and the iphone community.
