iPhone stolen/lost in another country

What happens if I lose my iPhone/get it stolen in another country but I have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss (Find my iPhone is enabled)?

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS Mojave (10.14)
