Spotify Fraud?

I received an email today which looks like a phishing email. It looks like it is coming from Apple to report a monthly cost of $12.99. There are a few spelling errors and references the Spotify team. Can anyone tell me if this is a fraudulent email? By the way, I have never ordered Spotify.

Spotify Premium fake I received what I believe is a scam fake email telling me I have subscribed to Spotify Premium.I cannot find where to report this to Apple on their website. It was sent to on iCloud email address that I never use.

Phishing email? Or actually charging for Smule? I received an email with this subject "Subscription Billing : 【Payment Order 】 Subscriptions happens on Your Account to App 【Purchase Status 】 New Transaction has been made on : [Monday , April 20 2020 Certificate PDF] EST" I feel this may be a spam/phishing email, but it's the second time I've gotten it. I check all of my accounts and had my spouse do the same. We haven't seen this charge, but are still concerned. They didn't ask for any info. Looks just like a bill, but neither o us show this in our subscriptions and we don't have the app. Any idea what this is?

In a message Apple will always address you by your real name, never by your email address or Dear Customer. Also the sent-from address should be @apple.com or @itunes.com Additionally Apple does not send attachments. Spelling errors are also a dead giveaway.
