Unable to cancel subscription

I’m so annoyed!!! I’ve been getting billed every month for like a year for this stupid surfeasy app that my 9 year old lucas downloaded! I can’t find it to cancel or report a problem and I was able to set it up so he has to ask now but I keep getting the bill

I can’t find it under my subscriptions and after spending an hour at work on this every month

I end up giving up and getting the bill the next month how can I easy cancel this stupid surfeasy subscription?!?!??!!!!!!!

You are logging into the account that the subscription is on, the payments for it show on the account's purchase history ? If the payments show but the subscription doesn't show in the Subscriptions section on it contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
