Your 2009 iMac is not officially supported! Only Late-2012 and newer iMacs can install Mojave. Now, there are workarounds but they are not supported by Apple and no one from Apple will assist you with this.
Now you can go here: macOS 10.14 Mojave on Unsupported Macs Thread | Page 320 | MacRumors Forums and read everything and ask for help. Again keep in mind that your results will vary and it may not be possible to get Mojave working.
Also not officially supported. The GPUs inside do not support Metal which Apple now requires for Mojave and every OS going forward. Again there are workarounds but they may be technical and your results will vary. If you have to ask this question and don't have experience modifying your computer's hardware or clean installing operating systems, I would not risk damaging your machine since you must be very knowledgeable to get any workaround to work.
What does the compatible hardware list at the link provided above and in subsequent post indicate? Is your computer on the list?
Your hardware can't support Mojave.
dosdude1.com/mojave to install on MacBook Air or any older Macs. you'll have to make the bootable drive some a a usb handy 🙂 cheers
You've been answered three times. For the fourth time, NO.
Is it possible to upgrade to MacOs Mojave from a MacBook Air Mid 2011?.

Thanks
You're welcome.
Me too: I have an iMac Late 2009. Can it support Mojave? Why do I get prompts to upgrade if my system does not support the upgrade?
Read the thread. The answer to your question is stated several times.
