black screen with blue cursor

Every time I turn on my macbook pro (2017) a black screen with a blue cursor and a profile picture with my name appears. It’s only a few months old and I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. Earlier it kept showing the flashing folder with a question mark, so I tried several possible fixes for that, but it only shows this new screen now. I have no idea if there’s a way for me to fix the problem myself or if I’ll have to take it to the apple store, but if anyone has any solutions let me know User uploaded file

It’s only a few months old... I tried several possible fixes for that...

I would take it in for a over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test and ask specifically for the VST (Video Systems Test)

I am facing the blue screen issue in the laptop. when i updated the laptop with the Windows 10, the laptop working goes down. Suddenly the screen becomes blue and stops responding. nothing is working or showing on the laptop. than i visit Lenovo support and follow the steps to solve this issue but after some time the same issue arises. i am still facing this issue.
