Photos deleted

Hello I accidentally deleted most of my pictures from my phone is there any way I can get them back?

The answer depends completely on where they were stored.

Examples - If they were stored in:

Camera Roll, then they can be restored from your latest iPhone backup, or the Recently Deleted album.
iCloud Photo Library, then you can restore them from Recently Deleted.
