Apple Music says - Update your Payment Info. Card details has not changed ever. What do I do ? Do I need to add money on the Apple ID ? How do I fix this ?

That implies either the card issuer is declining the purchase, or the card is not working properly at iTunes' end. Do you have another card that you could try ?
What is or isn't accepted by iTunes can change over time, a card is not guaranteed to continue to work. What happens when you follow the instructions on the prompt ?
The card details are accepted ? Have you tried logging out and back into the account ?

It will take me to settings- account- payment and shipping.
I update card deatils and when open music app i still see that prompt asking me to update card info
When ever I update the card details, subscription charges will be debited. After a while subscription charges are credited back to my back account

What did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ?
I’m yet to, how do I contact them ? (India contact)
My bank confirms that their gateway is fine
Bank is initiating payments hence my account is being debited
Thanks, I did reach out to the Apple support.
They confirmed it’s a security check process and also a glitch.
