BLUE LINES ON IPHONE 6s plus screen

I have blue lines near the bottom of my screen, it takes the bottom 25% of the screen and is a perfect rectangle of blue lines. Even during boot up I have 2 rectangles on the boot up screen near the bottom with blue lines. Can someone tell me what the problem and possible soloution is?User uploaded file
