how do I solve my appleID problem about this email?

I got a weird email confirming my about me subscribing to SpotifY......and i havent dowloaded Spotify in probably over a year or more I didn’t like the app so I never downloaded it again is this like a fraud email to take my information or is this real because I can assure you I have not payed any money to Spotify at all.
