TuneIn Scam

I had Tunein on my phone as an app (which I did not download, possible a mistake) and they charged my over $108 fro a yearly subscription. I never used it. They told me of the bill after 1 year had passed. I didn't even have the app on my phone, it must have been added and then quickly deleted or who knows what but the app was never used.

I want a refund for the $108 but I am not getting Apple to budge...
