About what I’m paying for

can I just pay for when I buy songs. I noticed I pay for a song and a $10.77 monthly fee. Why am I paying for both?

You can subscribe to Apple Music for a monthly fee. That gives you the rights to listen to the music for as long as you continue to pay the subscription fee.

Or you can purchase music for a one-time fee through the iTunes Store. That gives you the right to listen without any future payments.

Or you can do both at the same time -- listen to Apple Music and also have longer term rights to music that you buy.

How I unsubscribe, how do I get out of paying the $10.77 fee and still have my tunes from apple. Could it really be that spimple???

If you unsubscribe from Apple Music you will not have access to music that you downloaded via the subscription. You would only have access to music that you purchased (paid an additional fee for) or to music that you purchase in the future.
