Incorrect APP purchase to be reimbursed

As I were confuse purchased an App "order ID: MS63626TK0 / Document No: 183228226535 for $29.99".

Inmediatelly I contacted the vendor by mail explaining the error, requesting the reimbursement of the amount to my credit card.


So far I receided no comunication about the reimbursement of the amount.


Please advise how should I proceed

Obviously the app's developer, if that is who you mean 'the vendor', won't be able to potentially refund you unless you bought the app directly from them.


Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
