On iMac OS X El Capitan, iTunes 12.6.4 ask constantly to authorize my iPhone 6+ (iOS 12) and Mini iPad 3 (iOS 12) for installing new App. When I (re)authorize them, it says those devices was already authorized and they will be reauthorized. But apparently it's not working since iTunes keep to ask to authorize those devices...

Switch up to 12.6.5.3? See iTunes for Mac installers for a download link. For reasons unknown Apple have remove the link from Deploy apps in a business environment with iTunes - Apple Support. 😕

It was until 12.6.5.3 was released on September 12th. Then the page you would download it from was updated on the 26th removing the reference to the Mac version of the app management build. These builds cannot be installed on Mojave. It isn't entirely clear if they will work with a device running iOS 12, or if iOS 12 will insist that you run iTunes 12.8 or better.

12.6.5.3 is an updated version of 12.6.4.3 that also contains the app management features removed from 12.7 onwards.

No. When I try to play/buy some music on Apple Store, iTunes doesn’t ask to authorize the computer.

It's precisely why I use iTunes 12.6.4. Keep the link Apps in iTunes.
you must use iTunes 12.8 requirement. Therefore Macapp management is gone except on devices.
Unfortunately I couldn't find anywhere this 12.6.5.3 version of iTunes. I tried Apple Support/Download of course, Google, DuckDuckgo... Nothing !
