Security questions
Hi.
Logged into my account ,was prompted to submit 2 security questions ,I couldn't remember my security questions,I submitted the wrong answers too many times ,now I am trying to reset my security questions so I can log into my account and I keep getting this message here :
Too many incorrect verification attempts
You have made too many attempts to answer your security questions. You can try again later.
When I click on Reset security question tab ,I get this message :
Cannot Reset Security Questions
We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.
Can somebody advise what to do ?,thanks
