True-Tone Missing

after updating my 10.5 inch iPad Pro to iOS 12 the option for True Tone is completely gone.

Yes I soft and hard shut down / restarted my iPad.

Yes I reset all settings.

Yes I reset the entire iPad and did not restore from an iCloud backup.

NO my screen or any other parts have not been serviced. The entire device is original out of the box from when it was manufactured and I purchased jr last September.

This is 100% nothing to do with resetring the device and nothing to do with any hardware changes.

No the device has never been jail broken either. Software, as well as hardware is all original, directly from Apple as I received it. (Other than official software updates.)

Any ideas? It worked just fine before iOS 12. It works just fine on my iPhone XS. What’s the deal? Thanks.
