I'm trying to set up Walkie Talkie, which requires that FaceTime be on my Watch - 3rd gen. I can't find it though I have set up FaceTime and use it on my phone with both telephone number and ID. Can't find FaceTime in the App store on the watch. What am I missing?

Apple Chat resolved this for me.
Facetime will not show as an app on the Watch because it only exists on the phone. You can check to be sure it's installed by going to Settings/phone/contacts > tap on a contct>Phone Icon>FaceTime Audio should show under the phone icon.
Walkie-Talkie will work if a friend has Apple Watch Series 1 or later AND WatchOS5 and FaceTime set up on the iPhone.
It's all working for me now.
Since the ASC will appear in Google searches, would you please share the resolution so that if someone does a search for the same problem you identified, they can find an answer?
