How to re-order "All Photos" folder when uploading?

My iCloud photos has about 2 years of media taken by my iPhones.

I want to upload all of my photos that are older than 2 years to iCloud, but the All Photos will show all my recently uploaded photos rather than the chronology of when they were taken.

If you think this isn't problem and that I need to just look in "Photos" or other date ordered folder, that doesn't work when you want to add media in iPhone apps like Facebook Messenger that only show All Photos ordered with most recently uploaded first.

So is there any way to order All Photos so that it is by date taken not date uploaded?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

Answer is no having hunted around. Interestingly Photos on Mac doesn't have this problem. All views, including the Photos view (which has no groupings) is ordered chronologically. I assume the upload order in iOS All Photos is a bug.
