Inefficient Apple Email Synchronizing and iCal

Dear Apple community,

Apple products are great - I am a big fan of all the functionalities and ease of use! So congratulations for that.

In regards to emails, Apple does not show the best product on the market. The emails are downloaded on my computer and on my phone. But the status of the email is not synchronized (e.g. if it is read or not). This makes it infefficient to use. Other products do this way better.

Also, the iCal could be better - to accept an event you have to click a lot of times until you have it in your calendar. Other products offer this in 1 click.

If there is a solution for this, please let me know.

In case there is no solution yet, I am sharing this to inspire innovation and improvement at Apple.
