Apple aren't going to give you someone else's personal information, it would be unethical. If a case of fraud needs investigating it needs to be done by the police.

I'm a fellow user. This is a worldwide forum. I don't have suitable links for you. I don't know how Apple process the data around card redemptions, but fuelling potential vigilante action if someone decides they've worked out who to blame with a new scrap of information would hardly be wise. You might blame the friend when in reality it was the sales assistant. Ask Apple what you want to ask, but I'd be doubtful that they will share anything.

Why will happen not provide the information? This is becoming an issue by the day, why is it so difficult to provide the time the card was loaded? This is why there is increase in card scam, as scammers feel safe to steal card and use because they always have their *** covered.

It helps to confirm if card has been loaded before it got to you or someone around is trying to play smart on you.
