Being charged for an app I’ve never downloaded and have never used?

Does anybody know how to fix this? I’m being charged $4.99 twice a month for an app i’ve never had on my device and have never used. I’ve contacted support twice and they said that nothing was wrong but my bank statement says otherwise. Help

As Sberman says, you probably have an active subscription. If the subscription is active, you will get charged even if you are not using the app. Follow these steps to see what it is and to cancel it if necessary:

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
