You can connect multiple Bluetooth devices to your iPhone. BUT, only one can be paired at a time, with the exception of Apple Watch. The Watch can be active and paired to your phone, while a Bluetooth headphone is also paired and active. But you can't have two sets of Bluetooth headphones paired at the same time.
