Problems can't Delete apps under ios 12

After updating to ios12 apple on iPhone 6S plus - it has deleted the restrictions. I had installed an app. Wanted to delete it and couldn't. Found thread on apple community. The fix was the SCREEN TIME. Turn this OFF then you'll be able to delete showing the X.

Apple. Why have you become awkward. Return the restrictions label so we have the choice to install and delete. This update is not functioning and the user experience is bad and failing. IOS12 NEEDS RESCUING!!!
