hello My name is Illia, I would like to ask you about Apple Music 1 year subscribtion, I m from Ukraine, and Apple Music took my money and it doesn’t work.Please help me with this problem, I have all recive about pending. I ve spent 49.99 $.

Why is apple getting money from me for Apple Music? Hey, there. Im from Macedonia and something weird happened today. My 3 month trial just ended and apple got money from my bank account first time but nothing changed and then apple tried to get second time money from my bank and because it was refused, apple send me email saying that I haven't paid for Apple Music and that I won't be able to use it. So apple what should I do now like how should I contact you I just don't know what to do anymore. Aghhh I thought IOS was better but first IOS 15 then Apple Music aghhh. Apple please help, I can send you mine biling info to see that im not lying. Just please help 😭🥺
